What it does for your store

  • It knows how long it lasts

It uses the usage duration you set on the product, the customer's buying rhythm or your store's, or an AI estimate.

  • It writes before it runs out

Between 1 and 7 days before the estimated moment, in the daytime. Without a rhythm for the product, it doesn't write.

  • In the daytime, no pushing

On WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram, push or email, in the daytime, and no more than one message a week per customer.

  • An incentive, if you choose

It uses your store's promotions and an AI incentive of up to 5, 10, 15 or 20%, or none.

How each customer buys again

From the delivery to the reorder, it all stays in your Inbox.

Illustration: in the Inbox, Valentina buys Energy Gels and her order is delivered; from the store's rhythm, the Replenishment Driver writes to her on WhatsApp a few days before they run out, with a button to her cart. Valentina reorders them.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the Replenishment Driver?

It's the Playbook that reminds your customer to reorder a product a few days before it runs out, with a cart ready to pay.

How does it know when it runs out?

It estimates it. First, from the usage duration you set on the product; if not, from the customer's buying rhythm or your store's; if not, from an AI estimate. Without a rhythm, it doesn't write.

When does it write?

Between 1 and 7 days before the estimated moment, in the first daytime window of your store's time zone.

Which products does it remind?

The ones that get used up and restocked. The AI estimate leaves out durable ones, like clothes or furniture.

What's in the cart?

The same products and quantities, plus those running out around the same time.

What if they already reordered?

If they bought that same product after the reminder was built, it isn't sent. Nor if the order is cancelled or refunded.

What about earlier orders?

If you create it turned on, it also reminds earlier orders whose moment to reorder is now.

Which stores does it work with?

Shopify, VTEX and Fenicio, which report the order's delivery and build the cart to pay.

How many messages does each customer get?

One a week from this Playbook, and up to three a week across all your proactive Playbooks.

Which plan includes it?

It's available from the Grow plan, which includes 25 eCommerce Playbooks.
