What it does for your store

  • What usually goes with it

Up to three products your customers usually buy with that one, one per kind, nothing they already own.

  • A cart ready to pay

It tells what each product adds, with one button to a cart with them. If it finds none, it doesn't write.

  • In the daytime, no pushing

On WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram, push or email, in the daytime, and no more than one message a week per customer.

  • An incentive, if you choose

It uses your store's promotions and an AI incentive of up to 5, 10, 15 or 20%, or none.

How each delivered order grows

From the delivery to the purchase that follows it, it all stays in your Inbox.

Illustration: in the Inbox, Valentina buys the Bruma Run and her order is delivered; the Cross-Sell Driver picks the Training Bag and the Sports Tee, which your customers buy with them, and in the daytime writes to her on WhatsApp with a button to her cart. Valentina buys the bag.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the Cross-Sell Driver?

It's the Playbook that, when an order arrives, suggests up to three products that are usually bought with what the customer received, in a cart ready to pay.

When does it write?

In the first daytime window of your store's time zone after the delivery. It doesn't write if the customer bought those products since.

How does it pick the products?

First, the ones your customers buy together with what they received, from your store's orders. If there's room, products of the same category the AI approves. If it finds none, it doesn't write.

Does it change the original order?

No. The order was already delivered; the Playbook suggests a new purchase, with its own cart.

Which stores does it work with?

Shopify, VTEX and Fenicio, which report the order's delivery and build the cart to pay.

How many messages does each customer get?

One a week from this Playbook, and up to three a week across all your proactive Playbooks.

Can I offer a discount?

Yes. You can combine your store's promotions with AI incentives of up to 5, 10, 15 or 20%, use a coupon or offer no discount. The message mentions it only if your store confirms it was applied to the cart.

How do I know how much it sells?

Its report shows the attributed revenue, the revenue per send, the repeat purchase rate, the conversion and the average order value.

Which plan includes it?

It's available from the Grow plan, which includes 25 eCommerce Playbooks.
